Can I connect my ATS?

Yes — VibeLevel connects with Lever and Ashby. Candidates flow from your ATS into VibeLevel automatically, and their assessment scores are written back to their record in your ATS. Integrations are set up per organization, and only organization admins can connect them, under Hiring → Integrations.

How do I set up Lever?

Connect Lever with one click (secure sign-in), create a pipeline stage named "VibeLevel Assessment," and choose it as your trigger — candidates moved into that stage are sent an assessment. Then map each job posting to the assessment you want it to use. Scores post back to the candidate's Lever profile.

How do I set up Ashby?

VibeLevel uses Ashby's built-in assessments framework. You exchange two API keys once (a VibeLevel key you paste into Ashby, and an Ashby key you paste into VibeLevel), then add "VibeLevel Assessment" to a job's interview plan. Candidates are emailed the assessment automatically, and results land back in Ashby.

What if the AI builder didn't create the assessment I need?

Use Request Assessment from the Hiring area. Tell us the role, language or framework, difficulty, and what you want to evaluate, and our team hand-builds a tailored assessment for you — usually within 2 business days.
